Interview Guidelines

Our interview process typically spans a duration of 3 to 4 weeks and is structured into four distinct stages:

1. Application Screening
2. Application Evaluation
3. Interviews

For Trainee/Fresher (less than 1 year of experience)

For Candidate with 1-3 years of experience

For Candidate with 4+ years of

Our interview process typically spans a duration of 3 to 4 weeks and is structured into four distinct stages:

1. Application Screening

  • We receive and manage the CVs and data on our repository and scan them based on the job description & candidate’s skillset.

2. Application Evaluation

  • Our talent team scan the details of the candidate and prepare master data, which is then sent to the appropriate Interview panel for further evaluation of the CV & data. If the application matches the set criteria, the interview is scheduled. If the details do not match with the Job description, then candidate is informed.

3. Interviews

For Trainee/Fresher (less than 1 year of experience)
  • Round 1: Aptitude & Technical written test [~60 mins]
  • Round 2: Pre- Technical interview [~15 mins] (For Software Engineers only)
  • Round 3: Technical interview [~60 mins]
  • Round 4: HR & Management [~60 mins]

For Candidate with 1-3 years of experience

  • Round 1: Pre-technical assessment [~15 mins](For Software Engineers only)
  • Round 2: Technical interview [~60 mins]
  • Round 2: HR & Management [~60 mins]

For Candidate with 4+ years of

  • Round 1: Technical interview [~60 mins]
  • Round 2: HR & Management [~60 mins]
Feedback  

Upon completion of your interviews, our hiring team will convene to assess the potential of extending an employment offer. Regardless of the outcome, we make it a point to provide thorough feedback to all candidates at every stage of the process through email/call/message.
